Cinnamon Rolls for Christmas Morning: Imagine serving your family fresh-tasting, homemade cinnamon rolls on Christmas morningwith no effort! Donna will demonstrate her special recipe for oven to freezer to microwave rolls. While the rolls are baking, Donna will explain an alternative recipe that can be made and shaped on Christmas Eve and baked on Christmas morning. You'll learn many secrets for making, baking, icing, and freezing picture-perfect cinnamon rolls. Some great gift packaging ideas will be shared. The class is offered during early December only.


Crescent Rolls with Butter Curls: Delight your guests with light, buttery crescent rolls at your next dinner party. Donna will demonstrate her favorite roll recipe. While the rolls are baking, you'll learn to make beautifully shaped butter curls to serve alongside the bread. Donna will share her tips for making perfect rolls and ideas for serving them. You'll take home your very own butter curler!

Tartlets and Delectable Fillings: Dazzle your friends with perfectly shaped tartlets! Donna will guide you as you shape and bake flaky tartlet shells. She'll share her recipe and secrets for perfect pie crusts. You'll learn how to fill your shells with sweet and savory fillings and how to serve them with style. You'll take home your own set of tartlet tins!


Strawberry Pie: Begin the morning picking strawberries for the pie and extras to take home! After we've picked the berries we'll make a flaky crust and a scrumptious filling. While the pie is chilling Donna will offer suggestions for garnishing with fresh mint. The highlight of the morning will be sampling the fresh pie. You'll take home an enamelware pie pan and a matching colander brimming with ripe berries. Class will be offered seasonally.

The Living Wreath: Adorn your front door or garden gate with a beautiful wreath planted with impatiens, English ivy, or creeping fig. During the class Donna will guide you as you create your own wreath. Instructions for maintaining and replanting your wreath will be given.
