Use these shaped tartlet pans to create larger tartlets. The diamond measures 2 ½ x 4 inches; the oval, 2 x 3 ½ inches; and the triangle, 2 ½ x 3 inches. Recipes for making Spinach Quiche and Triple Chocolate-Peanut Butter Tartlets are included. Twenty-four pans of one shape are included in a set; two pans are required to make each tartlet. Please specify diamond, oval, or triangle.
